These two look pretty decent. Both are near the same price of $80-$100, depending on where you look. Both have the same magnification range, objective lense size, and both have an adjustable objective. The Simmons has a matte finish while the Bushnell has a gloss finish. They both come with rings, but those won't necessarily fit the gun, right? The Simmons is just under 11oz. while the Bushnell is just over 16oz. Eye relief of the Simmons is 3.75" and 4.3" for the Bushnell. The rifle I just ordered is a CZ 452 American lefty, and I will be shooting at in indoor 20yrd range.

Either will do but if you ever want to try outdoor shooting at longer ranges the Bushnell Banner 4-14 AO is a big step up for not much more money. It can also be used on center fire rifles so that gives you more versatility for downstream use.

Either will work as 762 shooter mentioned. When I was buying a scope for my CZ I also narrowed it down to those two scopes (although I don't think they had AO). I ultimately decided on the simmons. It worked well for me and still did until I sold it but having said that I would not hesitate to buy another. Optics were good, windage and elevation adjustments were right on, etc. However, the reason I sold it was that it was not enough magnification for target shooting. I later got a higher magnification scope for it (Banner 6-18). AO is better than non AO though and should work fine for target shooting at closer ranges - 25-50 yards. For anything past that though higher magnification is a bit nicer. But for hunting the simmons 3-9 was just the ticket :)

"Our scopes are made with lenses from Japan, and components sourced from many different parts manufacturers then are assembled in China." explained Schlampp. "This process of sourcing and manufacturing allows us to offer quality scopes at very competitive prices."

I don't own one. Rimfire central members seem to be in love with them though. On the 10/22 forum anyways.

Ugggh, and the company doesn't ship outside of the US, so you can't order from them. Man, I hate that BS.

Theres a dealer in winnipeg I think. Someone on this site, can't remember who, bought a Mueller for their centerfire.

EDIT: Just double checked their site for dealers, and the only Canadian dealer IS in Winnipeg!
