Rimfires on your wish list for 2013?

I am a bit of a rimfire "Junkie", so have a few.
Only thing on my list would be a Remington 40X sporter repeater.
and a pristine sample of a Remington M37.
I might be interested in a Winchester 52"E"
Possibly a CZ 452 American in 22WMR

Already own a Suhl 150 set up for BR by Jim Williams
Have a 40X Heavy bbl single shot.
Have a Mossberg 144 LSB.
Own an Anschutz 54 Match.
Have a Winchester 52C sporter repro.
CZ Americans in 22LR and 17HMR
2 - 541 Remingtons, an "S" & a "T" sporter.
Winchester 69A
Mossberg 44M, 151M, and 146B
CZ M99
Remington 581
T-Bolt in 22WMR [soon for sale]
583 Marlin in 22WMR [soon for sale]
Winchester M68 SS.
S&W model 48 with the extra cylinder for 22LR.
Several others [Marlins, Remys, Mossbergs, etc]
No desire to own a 10-22 or a 597 Remington. :)

Wow, quite a collection of quality rimfire's!
good shooting!

Just out of curiousity, how come?

I'm not much into semi-auto rifles of any flavor, with the exception of the older Mossbergs.
I like their tube in the buttstock system. [Browning takedowns used a similar system]
Had a couple of 10-22 rifles in the past...just didn't appeal to me. Ditto the 597.
However, to each their own. I have seen some heavily modified semis that shot very well indeed.
Regards, Eagleye.

I would like to get a Henry lever action in .22lr, H001. I am also thinking of something in .17HMR or .17M2.

I have the h001 and had to send it back for repairs after only 3 months. I have put about 2000 rounds through it and about 200 times it has jammed on me. Lots of others have had this happen and had it fixed with success but they send it to the states to fix so I now it's going to get stuck at the border forever.

lol.. So, it's safe to say...it makes NO sense for me to be getting quotes on a Savage Mark II FV-SR then...? :) Rifle/marriage...tough call. :)

Rifle wins every time. Rifles wont get mad if you come home late with lipstick on your collar, if you come home with another one, If you ignore it for months at a time. Seems like a win for the rifles.

That maybe true, but when you get tired of shooting subsonics and want to shoot a hyper LOAD, it will be a different story.

How does this work?
Buy one, git one free?...... :D

I kind of want a HK 416 pistol but part of me finds it to be to impractical. I may just end up getting a troy t-22 sport chassis for my 10/22 or a Keltec RMR if they ever come out with it and we can get 30 round mags for it.

Its odd looking but I like it - beretta 87T

Next year is probably going to be a rimfire rampage. There's a ton of stuff I want, but topping the list, there's hopefully a Smith and Wesson Model 17 or K-22 coming somewhere around me soon (or online for a good price). I want a blued revolver but don't want to settle for a Taurus. The 617 is awesome, and I have a 686 so there's that factor... but I really like the blued look.

A Ruger Single Ten also is probably going to happen. It's just so pretty. The Model 17 is probably more practical as it's good practice for using the 686, but the Single Ten is really a sweet little unit.

Also want to pick up a CZ Kadet kit for my 75B. I borrowed one and I was amazed by the quality. Again, a good training tool for my competition pistol. I can already imagine the ammo savings.

...but, even with the Kadet kit, I've been eying some of the standard .22 pistols as well. I like the looks of the Chiappa M9-22, but the quality is pretty suspect-sounding so I'll stay away. The M&P 22, on the other hand, is looking better every day. I'm also interested in getting a Ruger Mark III.

In terms of rifles, my friend has a Savage Mark II that I'm insanely jealous of, so one is probably coming to my own gun safe in the near future as well.

MSR RX22.

From the "discontinued" list I'd like a 452 varmint in HM2, and a 452 style in 22LR.
