If possible could I have advice on what would be the best rings and bases from the following for a Remington 700 sonero 7mm mag and a Zeiss 3.5x12x44 conquest.

Why don't you just get TPS: one-piece 15-20MOA picatinny base + 30mm Medium rings (I'm guessing it's 30mm tube)

I would say TPS is mid-price, and well made aluminium rings/bases about $200 for both

CyberK I think carries another line close to TPS and it's cheaper AGW (I think)

if you want higher prices precision build products look at : Seekins Precision, Badger Ordinance.....but you looking at $300+ for rings/bases
