Rings help required....

Hi guys, new to rifles...need to mount 4.5-14x44 scope on my savage 11....I know they are 30mm rings, but I have no idea how tall they need to be.....any help would be appreciated....I need to learn these things.

You may get away with low.... but medium will do it for sure.... Are you sure its a 30mm tube?
