Looks identical to one I sold in Kamloops 2-3 years ago. Even the grips.

It was used by a lady quick-draw shooter and had a special extra cylinder made up for blanks.

Go with what CanAm says and follow his lead, it can be done, I did 3 of them at the beginning of the year that were not previously registered.
