RL-15 & 190gr Sierra Matchking

Has anyone tried this combo in a 308? If so how did it perform for you? I want to try something with a slower burn rate than Varget, and I have 1&1/2 pounds of it.

I had big succes with 208 Amax and R-17, R-15 is the best powder with the Scenars 155, just the best for me in my Nemesis... JP.

The U.S. military uses RL-15 under a 175 gr bullet in their match loads.

I see no reason why it wouldn't work under a 190 gr bullet.

Yes I agree Caramel. My rifle loves RL-15 with 155gr Bergers.

I have used it in several rifles. 43.5 to 44.5 gr with a 190.
