Anybody gat any recipies for 270 Win, 130gr Barnes TSX and RL15? I guess it's not a very popular powder for 270 because I can't find much info for loads and velocities.

Just read that apparently there's alot of speed fluctuations with temp changes.

That's not your most serious problem; excessive pressure becomes an issue long before typical .270/130 typical velocities are reached, if your powder is too fast for the application. There is R-15 data available for 100 and 110 gr bullets in the .270, but there is little benefit in attempting to make it work with 130s. I had considered calculating a safe load for you to use, but that would be the wrong thing to do, and you would not benefit from it.

Rather than attempting to make the wrong stuff work and end up with your 130s at 2700, or worse, find out that the pressures you're running are dangerous, just get a couple of pounds of powder that are appropriate for the application. Like archie_james_c, I've found that H100V is an excellent powder for the .270 and in some cases outperforms H-4831 which for years has been the standard for this cartridge.

I think I'll try IMR 4350 for now. Going to the city next week and can pick up some H4831 or something. Maybe I'll try RL15 with the 223wssm.
