I’m nearly at the end of my RL25 stash. Is there any advantage to switching to RL26? I’ve got some decent loads worked up with the 25 but I’m not opposed to starting over if the 26 has any real edge.

Any of you guys have any real world head to head experience with them?

If you're getting good results with Rl25, don't fix what isn't broken.

Rl26, will give you slightly better velocities, simply because the kernels are smaller and you can get more into the case.

You don't say which cartridge you're loading for. Rl26 gives the best results with large capacity cases.

I noticed no difference in velocities, between the powders in the 6mm Remington or the 243 Win. Rl26 did give a bit more velocity in the 22-250 but it's actually to slow for it. Accuracy is good, when you find the load your particular rifle likes, simply because the powder burns very consistently.

IMHO, it isn't worth the extra effort, unless you can get a keg at a reasonable price.
