Well I got to fire my first 338 LM reloads. I'm very happy with the accuracy. My last four rnds were touching at 100 yds and two of those were in the same hole. First time out with my new rifle Also. My load was lapua brass,lapua 250gn fmj and 85 gns of imr 7828. With no rear bag it floated around quite a bit so this outcome was very positive. This was done at Silverdale today.when it warms up I'll shoot some groups and post them. I have three other loads but it was too cold to continue.

Ooh the dreaded cold weather. I'm glad to see your first batch of loads worked out well for you.

Soon as you find a load that's accurate, and if your anything like me, you'll start to get a little bored with how often you hit your mark. I was using a 770 and with .243 87gr V-max bullets I was able to hit a gopher at 343 yards. Took a cupple spotting shots since I never shot that far.....but when you reload, you can mess about like that with out worrying to much about costs.
