This is not going ahead due to lack of numbers. 20 is the magic number, not sure how many registered.

Got the postpone email tonight

We have little more than a week to go before the proposed course date
Unfortunately we just do not have the number of candidates that NROI requires to make the course viable.
We need to have 12 people who will commit to attending the RO course for it to proceed so the course in Ottawa scheduled for the March 7 and 8 will be postponed until we have the required numbers.
If someone was planning to attend and you know them but I do not have their e mail address-please let them know
I will keep all of you informed.

I think there are issues with the RA right now. I offered to give a Black Badge course this spring and it became an issue with their board of directors because it tied up the range for an entire weekend. That alone has me wondering how the range is tied up.

Unfortunately, this particular course involves a couple of highly connected federal gov't people who could help the shooting sports overall.

I was thinking of taking the course,, I have the 1 year of experience, but not with Level II Matches.
