Robarms XCR FAQ post

Same here in the summer. Last week at -20c I had to set it to 4.

I've shot mine with surplus around 20 below as well. I never had to change to setting 4 however. I did notice that about 1 in every 30 rounds or so the bolt wouldn't hold open after the last round was fired.
Setting 4 would give me wicked trigger slap!

It probably goes without saying but watch the chamber for laquer build-up, and give it a good scrub on occasion.
I have always found on my VZ-58's and SKS's that ejection would suffer after a goodly amount of rounds, especially in the cold.

Anyone else XCR just love the Czech M43 ammo? I'm getting a consistent
1.5" MOA at 100 off the bench with an 3X ACOG, no intranets BS.
I just can't quit this stuff...why reload with accuracy like that?
Only downside is it is filthy, but I enjoy cleaning my XCR more than my VZ.

These days my .223 kit sits in the safe and collects dust!

I got a 4x ACOG and with the local surplus yummy stuff I average 4" @ 100m, prone. 3.5" with PRVI. Haven't tried handloads simply because ammo is too cheap for me to put in the effort.

Same here. I put a NF 2.5-10 x24 on mine and shoot 500m gong regularly (+12 MOA drop)
I tried r3eload but couldn't get any recipe as accurate as the surplus

I sold the 223 kit ;)

You can always send it to me; I'll give it a good home... :p

somebody know if i can buy an ACR stock and stock adapter here in canada ?

I'm assuming you're referring to the adapter that EZED designed over in the U.S.?
I was one of the 40 that got one but I don't think he will do a second-run.
Too many guys who said they wanted one bailed when they got a whiff of the new FAST stock that is now AVAILABLE!!!...for pre-order
From what I've heard ACR furniture is tough to come by right now, I'm glad I bought mine some months ago.

I'm hoping to have my adapter in the next few weeks and will post pics when it arrives.

Would this be one of the adapters you are talking about ;)

I was one of the "beta" testers for this sucker. Be VERY cautious about the interface between the stock and the hinge. The edges left on it by the machining process are very sharp, and will cut material away from the hinge. Check this out, to see if you have any issues, if you do, some filing will solve this.

Right on Mac! Looks great!
I remember reading about the issues, I've followed the thread over there for some time now.
I can't wait to get mine.
I just may be PM'ing you with questions in the next while.

The fast stock is available for pre order? WHERE? For the love of God tell me!

Have you guys not figured out that Wolverine Supply a contributing dealer here on CGNTZ is the Canadian importer for anything to do with Robinson Arms and the XCR...

Look up at the top right of this page for their link.

I don't have any idea when my FAST stock will arrive but I am on the list for one in OD green... :D
