XCR Monger leaving Rob Arms. Goodbye and Goodluck

I see on one of the XCR forums that Terra is leaving Robinson Armament. I would just like to say goodbye and thank you Terra. Your one of the reasons I bought an XCR, I always appreciated that you posted here and helped us Canadian Gun Nutz with any issues and questions we had with our rifles. I wish you all the best and can only hope your replacement is half as helpful and personable as you were.

Thanks Brad

I've already said my goodbyes but I will do it here as well...

Thank you Terra you made buying my XCR-L a lot of fun especially that you took the time to take pics of the build and send them to me I will cherish that you went above and beyond for me for a very long time.

Of the many firearms I own I appreciate my XCR-L more than any of the others due to this...

Thank you and the best of wishes for your future...

My guess is you are getting married to a filthy rich guy and don't need to work anymore.

Only way I could imagine you leaving RA... :D

Is anyone making an AR stock adaptor that puts the buffer tube at the 'right' height? (i.e. not super low)

Right on:)
What color option did you pick.It was nice to know that i could have OD,Desert tan or black.
I picked black of course.

I'm not a happy camper I had ordered all of the components for a second complete upper receiver for my 6.8spc conversion kit and was hoping that they would be in this order and they were a no show... :(

Won't be here until the fall now that is if these components even show up in that order may just sell my 223 barrel/bolt instead now...

Gentlemen:

I have read this thread from front to back and have a few questions.

They pertain to the 6.8 SPC rifles, and the latest versons.

What barrel twist are they using?

What Chamber spec are they using?

Regards and all the best

AbH

Twist rate is 1:11 and the chamber specs is to SPC II.

The update is a bit late... I have been busy... but I no longer work at RA. I left for my own reasons, but mainly to accept another job. Please direct questions to the company. Sorry, guys, I hate to inconvenience anyone.

Side folder question. Is it legal to own one of these here?

Due to US export laws RA are not allowed to export them.

They are legal to put on your rifle as long as the overall length of your rifle remains over 26 1/2".

If you can get one get an OD green one for me... :D

Do you happen to know what the length is with the folder on?

There is certainly a market for a folding adaptor for the factory stock. I know I want one.

I don't think that'll ever happen since there's already a factory folding stock; at least RA will never consider it.

If some Canadian entrepreneur decides to pursue this opportunity he'll have to constantly worry about the possibility of RA's original factory folding stock flooding down here.

When is one of the pistols coming in country???

I won't lie to you... I want a 10 round 6.8 mag or two.....

Or better yet, 7.62x39 10 round mags. Just think about the reaction from the guys over at Red Rifle forum :D
