This isn't personal; Just setting the record straight with regard to accuracy of the two platforms. You are welcome to refute it or prove me wrong.
I should have worded my comment better- no offense. What I meant (or should have) to say was that in all likelyhood either your shooting style or ammunition fired (or both) did not relay the true limits of each rifle.
About two minutes ago - on my SL-8.
Who cares if its polymer? -bottom line is it works.

Beltfed... I have little experience with most semi-auto .223 rifles, save limited trigger time on an AR15. I own an XCR and found the accuracy not that much worse than an AR. In your opinion is the accuracy of the XCR too poor to compete in Service Rifle? I originally had no intention of entering any sort of competition with the XCR, but it's what I've got and I'm starting to warm up to the idea of Service Rifle.

SR is more about the shooter. I heckle nothing that is brought to the line nor the competitor using it.
Guys in all honesty, I really think the XCR is a decent rifle. I just don't think it is on par with some other rifles with the attribute of accuracy.
I don't think the Swiss Arms is in the same league as a mildly built AR, or an SL-8, but they are damn fine rifles in their own right.
Is it possible to get decent groups with the XCR? Can it hang with an SL-8? Maybe sometimes, but not likely all of the time.
I think you'll find it's mean potential to be inferior. It is very likely in the design and operation.

This has been said in different ways before, but comparing these rifles is like comparing a Cadillac (XCR), to a BMW (SL8), to an Audi (Swiss Arms)...
While they are all nice to own, the flash and accessibility of the Caddy is slightly undermined by the nature of its domestic engineering and lineage. The BMW and Audi enjoy the benefit of implied and realized superiority in Euro-snobbery and Eastern-European engineering.
Or maybe they are more like a blond, redhead and a brunette, none of which would be kicked-out of my bed, singly or all-together...

Wrong it's more like, Chevrolet Cobalt SS (non-supercharged model) (XCR) - Mitsubishi Evo (SL8) - Audi S5 (Swiss Arms) Thats how they stack up IMO. Just because they are priced high here, doesn't mean that reflects it's true value.
Your comparison is more like, Cadillac (LMT AR-15) - FN SCAR (BMW) - Swiss Arms (Audi)
That is exactly his point.
