I will be holding a new format, two day IPSC skills class at Wentworth Shooting Sports Club in Hamilton on:
Sunday, February 04 and
Sunday, March 04 2007.
The curriculum for these classes is as follows:
DAY ONE/February 04 (FOUNDATION)
Accuracy, grip, stance and mount/upper body index.
Draws and reloads
Strong hand, weak hand, and table pick-ups
Indexing targets and transitions
Kneeling and prone
DAY TWO/March 04 (FANCY)
Swingers and movers
Take-offs and set-ups. Preservation of momentum and the rolling stop
Shooting on the move
Walls, windows and boxes
Change-ups
Price is $115.00 for one day (either day) or $200.00 for both days. Some study materials will be provided. Those attending will need to bring the following: At least 500 rounds for day one and 600 rounds for day two, knee/elbow pads, a notebook and pen, food and fluids and some Tylenol for when your brain explodes. The classes will start at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until we are finished or someone collapses. I will leave some time for Q&A at the end, and there will be some discussion on stage doping in the last portion of day two.
