Rock Island Armory 10/22 clone 139.99$ at wholesale

Yeah i posted they were out of stock. When i tried to buy two, they went into the cart. So i went to the cart then it showd one, so i tried to change it to two, it said only 1 left so i click " checkout" and it then said, sorry all out of stock online.

If you check availability in store locations, you will see that some locations still have them .... local buyers could still go to those stores and buy in person.

Had one for a bit, functioned fine, trigger was OK, scope base screws are not standard 6-48 or whatever Ruger is, same with the takedown screw it's different.
In the end it wasn't as accurate as I would like, the bore was quite roughly finished, sold it off.

i picked up 6 last year.
very ruff guns, very shotty Q/C on them.
but for the price what can you expect.

i invested a couple hours over a long winter night cleaning them up and they all run flawless.
i kept 2 for my kids and my dad and co workers all took the others.

so far no one has any complaints about theirs guns.

as for the stock, there was a fella on here to stripped his stock down and re did it with a sweet looking green stain, looked super good.

as for differences they are all mentioned above.

for you guys that picked up the RIA here is what my co-workser, dad and myself did with the 6 we picked up.
just after market stocks, optics and bolt release mod's and polishing all the insides.

(all the wood stocks below are Ruger stocks not RIA stocks)

I have one I use as a beater. It's very reliable and reasonably accurate. My only real complaint is that the front sight went missing soon after I started shooting it. I made some slight mods to another sight, I believe for a Buckmark rifle to replace it.

Nanaimo has 3 or 4 left,I had a couple set aside for me,normally I don't bother with semis but at $139 it's hard to pass up...I know they are shooters not collectors or bench rest 22's but will probably end up as gifts for grandchildren..and a 22 is a great way to introduce kids to shooting....I started them out on the savage single shot rascal
