Ehhhh, Questar used to be better

Dont ever expect Questar to reimburse your shipping and insurance expenses, Mark will tell you then that its not his problem its the manufacturers fault.

So you pay back and forth shipping and insurance for defective crap that shouldnt be shipped out in the first place.
 
Well since Mark doesn't get reimbursed for the shipping and insurance from CProducts (I assume) how could he refund money that is not his, he is not the shipping company, they don't give the money back because the product they delivered in good faith are defective. It sucks, but this is the problem with mail order, it is a fact of doing business that way. If you want to avoid this, you should buy your magazines from a retailer. If you get a defective magazine, you simply bring it back to the store (just like you do with Questar, but instead of paying for gas you pay the shipping).
 
So its the customers fault that they bought defective products from Questar?

Thanks for the info but its a very weak argument. If you dont want to take the time to check what you are selling for defects then it is not out of line for the customer wanting refunds on shipping and insurance charges.

I cant stand Questars policy of not being responsible for anything they sell, its plainly stated on their website. Its pretty much a buyer beware internet store.

Not yet but I remember reading on another thread that Mark is working on getting them in.

Now about the #####ing about not covering costs I would have contacted the manufacturer they would have send to me by email all the info and labels to ship the mags back free of charge.

I know this because I have had this happen and if you missed my point it was at no cost to me except for my time.
