Has anyone done the $50US rebate.

I sent one in Aug 10 for the ChargeMaster scale, checked on Aug 30th on the rebate site, enter personal info, page responded couldn't find my rebate. Send in inquiry same day, still no response. They do list a 1-800 number but haven't call yet.
