I apologise in advance for not being allowed to post e-mails on here, I'd like this thread not to get wiped.
I placed my order 13 business days ago with RYG. Credit Card payment was made and the order switched to "pending". After a week I emailed Customer Service asking if there was an issue since it's an international order. Got a quick reply from "Nicole" saying that she would fwd me shipping info. I waited that weekend then as of last monday, sent 1 e-mail a day after that to Nicole asking what the holdup was. Today at 11am EST I sent an e-mail saying that I will do a chargeback TODAY if my order doesn't ship. Lo and behold I just received shipping confirmation.
I've heard nothing but good things about them, so I figured this is worth posting.
