I apologise in advance for not being allowed to post e-mails on here, I'd like this thread not to get wiped.

I placed my order 13 business days ago with RYG. Credit Card payment was made and the order switched to "pending". After a week I emailed Customer Service asking if there was an issue since it's an international order. Got a quick reply from "Nicole" saying that she would fwd me shipping info. I waited that weekend then as of last monday, sent 1 e-mail a day after that to Nicole asking what the holdup was. Today at 11am EST I sent an e-mail saying that I will do a chargeback TODAY if my order doesn't ship. Lo and behold I just received shipping confirmation.

I've heard nothing but good things about them, so I figured this is worth posting.

RockYourGlock can not ship to Canada due to the ITAR will not allow it you have to go through an importer like IRUNGUNS or Prophet River they should have told you that when you emailed them you need to get your money back and then go through the proper channels.

That only applies to ITAR items.

This is what I don't understand. Everything I ordered is (still) in stock, nothing ITAR controlled and nothing that requires extra handling. I've heard nothing but good, even that other thread where the guy's package got mangled and his parts fell out had a good result.

I dunno, maybe it's a one time thing. I'll likely order again and update this thread.

For those that skimmed the OP, for me it was almost 3 weeks from payment to shipping label created. It hasn't been in transit.
 
The post company lost my order not long ago and RYG reshipped everything to me and very promptly.
If your tracking number is not moving, call them, they must have forgotten to ship the order. Do not email, call.
They do not do very good by email, they tend to either take several days to respond or not respond at all, it's a different ball game when you call them. You get your answers right away.

Your order will take 10-15 days to arrive, I have ordered more than 5 times from them. All big orders over $100.
 
Both rockyourglock (owned by Dan Humke) and glockparts (owned by Dave Humke) are really good. They are both companies are located near Denver, CO. I find that the service is a lot better at glockparts and they tend to ship faster.
 
So now YOU are offended after you assumed the OP had ordered ilegal firearm components from the states?
Call the wahhmbulance! I think we have a severe case of butthurt! lol

Instead of going around trolling like a mall ninja, be more careful when you write on a public forum about things you know sh!t about.

Don't take it personally. There is a low tolerance for people stating things like they are fact when there are in fact untrue. The various laws and regulations we all have to live with are confusing enoug without uninformed people staring confusing untruths as if they were facts. And in all fairness, please retread what you wrote; you stated your opinion very matter-of-factly when in fact it was not accurate or true.

In the future you would be well served to choose your words more carefully or not post at all unless you are actually site that you are giving god advice.
