RONI Glock Carbine conversion kits - Good news!

So wouldn't these suppressors be prohibited in of themselves? (without even mounting)

One would think so. To be honest, I have no idea how they get into the country. I was shocked when I saw them being sold.

Maybe it is just ignorance on the part of the authorities or maybe the threading is not designed to be installed on a real gun thus they are not considered to be a real silencer. I don't know.

In my experience the airsoft cans would work quite well as a real silencer depending on what firearm they were mounted to. I'm not about to point that out to the government though. That is their problem not mine.

Where? That is a smoking deal.

reliable gun, Vancouver.
check the pistol and revolver exchange, they have a listing in there, some really good deals...was about to get 1 but im hoping to find them local for a similar price because the shipping here is 30-$35.

i was assuming that the suppressor was plastic for legal reasons, but never checked.

Meanwhile, we're prohibiting plastic firearms stocks (G22)...

I had a call in to the CFO a while back about fake suppressors.....as long as they have no baffling...holes...suppressor qualities....it is called a barrel extension and legal to have....I had an all metal one shipped in after I asked to confirm.

They have to be of great quality to shoot through or use just for show....BUT that would be G*Y ! ! ! !

There is no way you are getting a Glock for $375.

The cheapest one I have seen on EE was $650. I pm'd an offer of $550 and got no reply. A friend of mine is a dealer and can get a new G17 for $630.

375$ used...to hell even...but i will find one., gotta think possitive )

Metal actually.

The holes for the airsoft silencers are 14mm threading. Although you can buy ones that have a quick attach straight to the flash hider of say an AR-15.

And some airsoft silencers do work to the point of silencing something like a .22LR quite easily and quite effectively.

OK, this thread is going off track with the used Glock pricing and suppressor posts. My "Roni" kit is definitely a copy, it was missing parts and the seller has not responded to my email. If I could start over I'd pass on the whole experience. Caveat Emptor.

Foggy where did you buy from?
Use (FRAUD ALERT)?

If its the store in post #1 use the "contact us" link and send him a email with your problems and contact info. He got back to me fairly fast.

X2 to that. Original linky is a solid guy to deal with. A buddy who also ordered from him was missing one part. An email and the replacement was on it's way.

x3 .....I was missing 2 small parts and they were shipped to me very quickly
The 2 missing parts on mine were the button to collapse the stock and the oval plate that mag holder screws into.

It was from that store. I'll try using the 'contact' link instead and see if I get a response.

Update: Sent a second email and got a quick response promising replacement parts in a few weeks.

I just received mine in the mail today, and I am missing the exact same 2 parts.....I will give them a call/email first thing Monday morning...

I got my Gen 2 G22 for $450 shipped.

And it's started! People are now trying to sell the RONI kits from airsoftparts.ca for $200+ because "they are real gen 1 roni and because they are sold out and because if you do find one it might not be a real roni left over".

Ive been offered two of them, one for $200 shipped and the other for $220 shipped.

They will not work with the Gen 2. since it doesn't have a rail.

I ordered 2 kits, a tan one and a black one. The black one I sold to another fellow without even opening the box, so I have no idea about the black ones.

The tan one I got has the EMA logo on it as others said.

I compared it to my REAL CAA Roni kit and I can tell you that I don't think that it is a generation 1 EMA.

I actually think that the tan one is a (better?) copy using copyright logos. Everything fits in place nicely but not as nicely as the real RONI I have, you have to use way more force, sometimes to the extend where you are afraid to break something. Over time this could lead to breakage if you are pushing or pressing too hard. Furthermore, the rails are cheapo ones, the pins are garbage as are the screws.

Sorry to interrupt the party but I warn everybody not to sell/buy tan EMA RONI kits thinking that they are the real ones.

I am an end user and I am quite happy with mine(black no logo).....after all it is $153 delivered....not a $500 kit so I kept my expectations low. After assembling it I feel that it is well worth the money.
As others have said the pins are pretty cheap , I ordered the new shroud from Questar for my Glock 34 and will post some pics once it and my Bushnell TRS-25 show up and I get a chance to fire it.I cut down the original shroud to get the gun to fit and even opened up the hole a bit but figured for the price Questar was asking I bought a correct shroud for it , it is probably a good idea to get the proper shroud.I am not much to look at but I kinda like my face the way it is...

When I contacted the dealer about my missing the 2 parts he checked his stock and found a few others missing the same parts , he shipped me the missing parts very quickly as he had a few of the missing parts on hand.
The packaging was intact so someone at the manufacturer was asleep at the switch ...

All said I would recommend this kit ....just remember its not the real deal but it is a good deal due to the low price of it .
Flame suit on....fire away Blaxsun ...lol

went and swapped my black one with no logos for a tan one with logos.
the tan one is a slightly better build, the pins still stuck, but are much better.
the plastic doesnt have all the extra around the cutouts.

if anyone is buying one of these they will both do the job, and both will be more than strong enough, but i would recommend calling and asking if he has the ones with the logos on it.
im switching the fore grip to a fixed magpull, im just not a fan of a folding grip, the screw on it comes loose and i dont want to have it fall off during use.
i also ordered a vertical grip with built in drop down bipods for it.

this is on their main page now.
