Ahahah, I think it's more my lack of comprehension of english that cause this misunderstanding! ;)

So, as for your QD sling swivel & one point bungee sling, that's exactly where I bought mine too! :D

Well I think its done..got the last parts I was waiting for from Fabsports :) I added the rail spacer for the TRS and a one point QD sling and Santa brought me a UTG Xenon LT-ZL168 flashlight.
I also replaced the verticle grip with a spare one I had.
The spacer raised the TRS up to the perfect height for me and its well made .
I really like the sling and the flashlight is 126 lumens and came with the mounting bracket and remote switch as well .I mounted it on the left without the remote switch as my thumb on my left hand can activate the light easily.

I would think there would be some major concerns about wrapping a real handgun in an airsoft kit! No matter how well it seems to be built.

I for one am not an expert in polymers and their performance or degradation under stress, temperature or general use.

Well said. Has anyone put a few thousand rounds through one of these kits yet? There are a lot of you jumping on this bandwagon before reading and torture tests...

I'm interested to see how these perform over time, I won't be surprised if these kits work their way loose, melt, shread rails and the like.

Time will tell. You guinea pigs do your thing :p

I've passed more than 1500 rounds in my original Roni G1 and it's still working flawlessly, like it is brand new... :D

As for this Roni knockover: GO READ A FEW POSTS BELOW...

I haven't shot 1500 through mine yet but it is in the hundreds. Even when shooting several full mags in a row quickly I don't feel any heat anywhere on the kit. It really doesn't take much impact anywhere. As far as I am concerned I am glad I sold my "real" Roni and got this one. It eases my conscience as spending over $400 on the original one was silly.

My pinned to 10, 33 round Glock mags arrived from Hy Caps Intl today. Yay! :)

It took a reasonably long time to get them as they were shipped before Xmas and CBSA just had to open the package. Cudo's to Hy Caps for including a copy of the rules straight off the CBSA website to ensure they come through OK.

FWIW The pinning job is gorgeous.

Thanks for that post. I didn't know where I would be able to order pinned extended glock mags!

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THE BLACK AIRSOFT COPY !!!

After shooting around a 100 rounds of 9mm (124gr.), the airsoft copy (from this thread) exploded in my hands!!!

The last 2 rounds I fired, before it explode, I start feeling some heat on my left supporting hand (maybe muzzle flash).
For a second, I was wondering why it was doing that... And finally, at the last round...

BOOM... IT BLEW IN MY FACE:

You guys SHOULD BE REALLY CAUTIOUS when shooting your airsoft copy and be aware of any changes when shooting it.

This kind of defects in the plastic shell are making me nervous as it can blow in your face anytime. It is really not the same quality and strength as an original Roni G1...

BOTTOM LINE: BUY ONLY THE ORIGINAL RONI!

I still can't believe I got ripped off that much for a 100 bucks...

Good thing you are ok. The website only states that the tan one can be used with a G17. The muzzle vents are wrong on the black one and when I held both of them in my hand there was a big difference in quality. The black one doesn't have the EMA logo either.
