Rookie reloading question

Just getting into reloading my rifle ammo, 270 win and 300 win mag. I have compiled quite a bit of brass over the years from the 270 but I also found about 50 live rounds that have been set aside for some reason over the years, I have hunted with the 270 for 40+ years.
I wont use these so if I was to pull the bullet and empty the powder, could I just go ahead and charge with my recipe and my bullet without resizing or changing the primer?

I would size them just to get neck tension back.If you have a hard time pulling them try seating the bullet a little first then pulling.
 
Any time I dissemble loaded rounds I resized the case again, most dies have a expander .001 smaller than bullet diameter. When you seated the bullet the neck was expanded to bullet diameter and the neck will be loose/larger than when first sized. After removing the bullet and having a larger neck diameter the change in bullet grip can effect the group compared .

Bottom line, resize the case again and keep the bullet grip the same on all the cartridges.

NOTE, some competitive shooters are now saying the expander should be .0015 to .0025 smaller than bullet diameter for better accuracy.

If it was me I would pull the bullet remove the powder shoot off the primer in your gun in asafe location of course and start from scratch youll have far better results and no safety issues Mike Hope this helps
