ross m10 front sight removal

how do you get the front sight off the ross m10? I have the pin out do I need to heat it up? or is there another pin?

Hahahahha - I quite literally just came inside from doing this

You need a puller - drift the front sight pin out, remove as much as you can to avoid accidentally damaging it, put an alu/brass cover over the muzzle, put a brass or aluminium collar around the sight (two piece with a hole in the middle bolted together) and pull it using a gear puller.

This one works pretty well with some grinding. Resist the urge to use it directly on the front sight.
