Just received my new Rossi today, will have a review after this weekend, fit & finish are nice, action a little stiff, certain that will change in time, most reviews on youtube are with the syn model but prefer the wood furniture any other members purchase this Rossi Gallery Gun.

Nice to see the wood isn’t as light as some of the photos I’ve seen online.

Really love to have a hammer pump 22 with the straight stock.
The old winnies are out of my budget. And the rems just don’t look good to me.

Can’t stop looking at the car crash that’s called a trigger guard.

Would you recommend? Shorts too or LR only?

I think they missed the mark bringing these out in this configuration. They should have brought out the SAC with 16.5” barrel and in Nickel and Blue again. Of course the trigger guard probably turns most of us off as well.
I have an original Blue SAC and when apart is so small.
You may as well spend a little more and buy the real Winchester if you are going with longer barrel.

Congrats gmj. It will give you years of fun!!!

Might have to put a few round through her to get it running smooth.

Enjoy and would love to hear a report too.

Anyone else find 22Lr a little boring? I feel like I'm shooting an expensive BB gun. Not trying to sound like a downer but if I'm buying a rifle, I like a strong recoil.

I can dig it, not my second post either. .22 is thoroughly enjoyable but not as enjoyable as 308.. either way, .22 has its place and is miles away from obsolete.

Welcome to CGN with your second post. In time, you may wish you said something else.

By the way, what are you doing reading about "boring" 22LRs? You need really need a hobby.

I mean obviously I made an unpopular opinion. I might not be super experienced in 22lr because I've only shot the one. I bought a GSG-16 and the drum and fired a bunch. It got boring quick and when I pulled out my 12ga that's all I wanted to shoot.
