Try some searches on the speed loaders to find out which S&W size has the same chamber spacing. You'll be able to use those. Typically Rossi revolvers are a clone, or near enough, to one of the common K, L or N frame S&W's. And when it comes to chamber spacing what works on one brand works on the others of the same chamber spacing.
Grips might be the same thing. You'd have to take the stock grips off and take them around to some stores to find out if they are the same. Or perhaps there's some S&W folks in your club and with a screw driver you and they can try to cross match the grips to the frame size and mount.
