Since you guys already import the Rossi RS22m (22WMR), what's the chances that you guys would be able to import a Rossi/CBC 7122m Delta? It's already got a FRT # 198464 that marks it as Non-Restricted and it's got a 14 or 16in barrel with a 10 or 25rnd magazine.
