Hello,

It appears to only happen when I get my mind set on buying something, that it disappears from our market. What ever happened to Rossi Firearms on Canada? It seems like they are never in stock. I'm trying to track a 357 lever carbine and having a very hard time. Any ideas?

I ended up buying a lightly used rossi ‘92 stainless in 44 mag. One of my most shot guns now. Love it. Freakin laser out to 200m

Production was held up by a move of the entire factory. I think they have been done for a while but the US market is always number one. I'm hoping we see them start to come in again soon. I need a stainless .454!

I love the Rossi 92's. I have great fun with 'em and they shoot straight enough for hunting at the closer ranges.
Sure hope they come back up here as I would go for a Trapper 16" in 454 Casull. Me baby carbines could use the company.;)

I have a Ranch hand in .45 Long Colt, it was practically given to me when a friend got divorced... I can tell you it is in the top of my most shot firearms I own. I love how it is accurate but you need to know how to aim it or you will never hit the side of a barn from the inside.

I really want a .44 Magnum and a .454 carbine.

Question for those that owned both, which is better chaippa or rossi?

Chiappa. But the difference is in fit and finish and wood. My Chiappa is much "nicer" than the three Rossi rifles I have, but all have functioned properly. The Chiappa is worth the extra money in my opinion, but then I appreciate good fit and finish, and good walnut, while it seems the market prefers lower prices without fine workmanship and higher quality materials. Best if you can handle both and decide for yourself.
