Rossi LWC Single Shot Rifle Folding Stock. Are theses avaible anywhere?

IRUNGUNS might be your best bet for the folding stock model. Looks like they only have the 5.56 version currently. Annoying thing though it'd be restricted due to its length when folded, that may be why we haven't seen Canadian retailers carry that model??
Another option you could look at is the new CVA Scout XP SB, again i haven't seen this model in canada yet at any of the retailers except IRUNGUNS but this one would be non restricted, just has a telescoping stock rather than a folder.

No, because the folding stock dont meet the requirement for NR. You can only get the fixed stock version.
