RPAL and range membership requirements

FYI - I was called by the provincial CFO and asked to renew my shooting club membership, in order to renew my license.
So, in QC, it seems you can't renew license without having active membership in a shooting club.

That's correct for restricted and if you have handguns.

You can join a club in Vermont and that qualifies you for renewal.
