I was just over at the CFC site filling out the form to add Restricted Firearms to my PAL and maybe it is the time of morning but I am a tad confused about the fee. Is the fee waived when I want to add a new class to my PAL or is it just waived if I am renewing my present PAL. I want to get the app sent off soon but don't want to send the goverment money they don't deserve (like they deserve any of the monies we give them)
