Hey there, I've had my PAL for over a year now and I recently took and passed my RPAL test and I just got the letter in the mail that they confirmed my test scores. I have a few questions now,

1. Do i use form CAFC 921(the same form as last time) on this link still for going from PAL to RPAL? (ht tp://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/form-formulaire/num-nom/921-eng.htm

2. Do they need a new picture or can they use the one from my PAL?

3. My guns are listed at my place where I go to school, because I am there most often, however the mail system there is HORRID and i want to send all the forms to my parents residence. Is this going to be a problem if my address on my RPAL application is different than the address for where my firearms are?

Thanks for helpin out a noobie

EDIT: Also I can half remember a thread where it gave you advice on how to fill out your PAL/RPAL form, if anyone has the link it would be much appreciated.

I can only help with #2: you will need a new picture. They messed my paperwork up and I had to resend my rpal application only 3 weeks after getting my PAL. Apparently in 3 weeks I changed enough to require new ones...

I hate to say it but your best bet is to call the CFP and let them answer your questions. Afterall, it's their paperwork. Might as well fill out as they want it rather than siphering through possible interpretations of it here.

I just filled out my PAL/RPAL forms today because I'm just applying for it today.

Section B (Personal Info [continued])

There is a section for Home Address, and below is a box with the option "Mailing address same as home address"

Set your home address as your home at school but put your mailing address as your parent's.

I dont see why there'd be a problem with that but as said above, check with the CFC
