RPAL questions

For those who sent for the RPAL after they got their regular PAL

So ok i have my pal already and i admit i made a mistake not going for my R at the same time
Question is: since i've had my PAL for less than a year,
1st- do i need to ask the spouse's signature again,
2nd- send a picture again or will they use the info they will find with my PAL number where asked, when i fill out the form for the RPAL and just send me a new one with the R ?
Of course it will be sent with the proof that i succeeded the course/class

I do know that i will need 2 references again *shakes head and kicks himself for not doing it the first time"

Q. How do I upgrade my PAL so that I can acquire restricted as well as non-restricted firearms?

A: new application on form RCMP 5592 and a new photo are required, as well as evidence of meeting the additional safety-training requirements.

I imagine the new application will require all the same info on it all over it again.

I just did this, also had PAL for less than a year.

You need to redo the whole application, references photo and all.

Had my RPAL approved+issued in about 35 days from the day I mailed it.
