RPAL upgrade

Hi all,

I am just wondering if the 28 day waiting period still affects those of use that have a PAL and are upgrading to a RPAL?

For the restricted part yes if that's what your asking why would it be different..

Unless renewing your existing license, it is the same waiting period to get the additional one added on.
