Do we reply to that email or is there a different one like in the presale email.

It seems not as I got return mail saying:
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----

I have what might be a viable question. Walter do you know approximately wen the demand for your rpd frt has ben made and if a sample gun was sent at that time? Basically how deep we are in the frt progress?

As much as I want a rpd I can't see myself having paid for a gun that I won't see for a year or 2. I know there is no way for you to know how long its going to take, but there a difference if the demande was made june 2013 ( lets say) or January 2014 ( lets say)

Thank you for the update; I understand things change by the minutes and its impossible for you to email us twice a day to keep up. I just hope in the future if a comparable situation arises it might greatly reduce de number of complait and post to just simply let us know" things are changing and I will update you as fast as possible" not give a deadline only to find out you won't be able to follow it due to changing situation.

Fair point on the issuing deadlines, I guess when people are saying 'tell me tell me', and I am hoping to hear what I need to hear, I want to give timeframes.

To the where we are, I did include that in the email.
