Agreed.

Clarity would be: we have only chrome lined barrelled RPDs coming in. We have zero DSA. If you passed on a chrome one you get nothing! LOL
 
And I'd like to say, that is it for a while.

There is no other info to share. Everyone who needs to know anything should now know it. If you are on the pre-sale and you have a question, please email it and I will answer it.

If you placed a pre-order with $0 down you are on a sequential list as was clearly stated in the ad. The next contact you will have from AEI will be after the guns arrive and we go through the list we already have, in order placed, to offer rifles until we are out. At that time you can say yea/nea to our offer. Until then I have nothing further to offer on the matter because there is nothing further to offer on the matter.

Bull####. People spinning things I didn't say is not my doing. There are no secret emails, there are people who are angry that someone else placed an order before them and that person was contacted while they were not. I did it in order because that was the most fair way we could, and I am still getting people emailing us claiming there are "secret lists" or "special people". I can only imagine they think this because of posts like yours here stating things that aren't true and goading others on.

We contacted everyone we had something to offer to in the EXACT order that pre-orders were placed. We only took pre-orders because people demanded we do. If you think there is anything else, you're wrong.

I'm thinking about sending the link to all of these Rpd threads to the department of education. Our school systems need to address the fact that reading comprehension, critical thinking, and writing ettiqute are at third world levels. It's like a Fox News comment section.
 
Im sorry but after following every thread , every post with hope in my heart that these make it to canada in large numbers so every canadian could own the iconic straw that broke the non restricted/magazine rule wide open. But with 6 page emails that have only been seen by a unknown number of people and FRT numbers that are still not issued and with suppliers that wont ship to canada. It almost looked like somebody was buying DSA at one point, its all a blur.
My hopes and dreams have been torn again by what seems to be greed and secrets.
A simple this guy screwed us over and we only have a couple to sell when the rcmp gods let us play would have worked for me. We should all work together as a group of firearm owners and sellers to promote and pressure the powers that be, to push for stuff like the rpd and others to be made available or even made in canada to expand on this fine sport of firearm ownership. work together people not against.

Seeing as you are upset at now getting too much information, here is the nutshell...

- buyers demanded the presale
- DSA committed guns to AEI
- Presale started
- Chrome lined versions available, offered to those on the presale as an upgrade purchase, in order of presale purchase
- DSA backed out of offer to AEI
- only chrome lined versions left. Those on dsa order will be offered the chrome line guns in order of presale list until gone.

Seems pretty straight forward.

Nothing yo do but wait now.

No offence is intended but I don't believe we can be blamed for the most confusing set of threads and 10,000 posts ever on CGN. Arguably we all are part of that. We're all here having ordered but yes half of us (and likely most of us) have seen no direct communication whatsoever. Is that content secret? Well it isn't public. I'm not even saying it should be. It's just confusing for the vast majority of us.

All the details have now been made abundantly clear yet people are still #####in' about how unclear it was go figure..... Update provided and people fail to read it and ask questions that are clearly answered in the update.

We get it.... People are not happy at the initial lack of updates / info. It's all done and over with now. Time to move on FFS.

Judging from the picture in the email there is alot coming in (as far as belt feds go) the picture show a 3 paletts with atlest 12 crates( can only see 2 hight and 6wide) on them plus one sitting on the ground for display so there atlest 37.
 
Hmm being that I made it on the second pre-order list, I am going to venture a guess that I am hooped. What a shame, I really wanted one of these bad boys.

Just another case of our archaic firearms laws biting us in the a$$. The only joys Canadians seem to get are from exploitation of loopholes in the terrible legislation drafted by uninformed politicians. I am glad that some people will get to enjoy these rifles, but it should be all of us. Thanks for your efforts Dangertree and I hope the lucky few will get to enjoy their RPDs.

That pic may be generic and if not, it does not gaurantee that is AEI's specific order as it maybe just a picture of "an order" at the supplier's warehouse.
