Edit: So the training rocket is restricted? I was going to buy one, but if Canadian Tire doesn't have batteries it is a dealbreaker for me .

There was a place just outside Ulaanbaatar, capital of Mongolia, that charged $25 USD to fire off an RPG 7 at various derelict armored vehicles set up on a hillside. Then there was an accident and the business pulled up stakes. I never learned the nature of the accident but maybe someone touched the armed warhead to the ground or dropped it? It was a novelty while it lasted.

not sure of the exact percentage, but the rpg is well known for having kabooms, even moreso with older/milsurp left behinds.
