I really like having 10 rnds, and a functional bolt catch.
So I just added an extension to the bottom of the Questar mags. Easier to get out of pouches, protects thme from the drop drop during speed reloads and looks cooler!
For the 9mm, its just a painted piece of ABS plastic, and for the .223 is a modified coupler and a donor Norc mag.
I think I will paint the bottom half of the .223 mag once I tract down a paint that matches.
I absolutly love my 9mm AR. The 9mm is cheep and easy to reload (no trimming or lube). You can shoot softer steel targets without blowing holes in them. OK in pistol bays.
It almost always comes to the range with me. I used it so much that I set up a dedicated lower for it so I dont have to change out the parts.
