The one 1885 Browning I bought was a fire sale gun from Frenchy/Barotto on 9th ave in Cgy. Had a water damage rust spot halfway down the bbl, still shot 3/4MOA with 55gr Lyman cast, was a 22-250. Pulled that bbl and built a 32-40 on it. My 223 shoots MOA with pretty near anything, the newer Win in 300H&H liked the first factory rd I tried in it, right at MOA, so I have been using those, bought a case since I could get the same lot at the time. The 300 is 10lb 2oz according to the scale at an APRA benchrest match I weighed it at, 4.5-14 Zeiss on it. 223 is likely about the same, may be a hair lighter, like a about 2-3 oz, with an older Nikon 6.5-20 on it.
