Ruger #1 in 25 cal.

250 savage for sure. Clay had some stainless No. 1 As in 250 savage.

Yep, and they're sweethearts, they received better wood like most Lipsey's offerings. What a neat little cartridge the .250 is, as well, my favourite .25.

I love my 257 roberts, I had a 25-06 in a 1b before but the new Bob in the 1A from Clay at Prophet River is a darling

I also am getting 3/4 inch groups at 100 yrs but I am using the 110 gr accubond. I am using 40.0 grains of imr 4350 as mine seems to like the slower velocities.

Do you mind sharing your load data, give us a place to start.

JJ

Sorry, but I don't usually share data because there are so many variables that load data really isn't relevant ~loads really need to be developed for each gun IMO.

I will say that I'm using the Barnes data (near max) for the TSX's, and .4 gr. less with the Hornady IL' s (to get a similar POI) and IMR 4350 powder.

I agree and would never duplicate someone else's data without working up to it... was jsut looking for a powder and bullet combo's.
