Ruger #1 rebarrel

I would ask Guntech if he is willing to tackle it. He does excellent work, on time, for reasonable money - with a ton of experience.

They aren't particularly difficult to barrel, but there are a few extra steps - extractor cut, firing pin groove, reinstall rib/band/sight. I would expect most reputable smiths would take on the job.

I'll message him if he does not chime in. I have a weaver rail that would go back on and front sight would not be re installed so that's easy :)

Caliber?

I'll be back taking work in September. Email me then... You supply the barrel blank, I recommend Big Horn Sports for that...

I'll be in the hood picking up my horses mid sept. Stuck them at my parents during the recent wildfires. I'll decide what I want to do by then. Probably something 30 cal and common.

I had Gary order me in a #1A profile earlier this year. I'm not sure which profile you want but if it's a 1a it should no longer be a "custom contour" and should save you $30 or so.
