Ruger 10/22 brass getting caught in action issue

I've changed the extracter and it helped a lot but not completely. The only thing left are the mags. Ruger 10 rnd mag is 100% reliable , with any ammo, BC pastic lip is about 95% reliable, BC steel lip is about 90% reliable and getting better with each use. Personly I think all the issues , ftf, fte,stovepipes, double feeding , has got to do with aftermarket mags first and aftermarket Chasis kits ,second
