Ruger 10-22 International question

Ruger 10-22 International, how rare are these guns ?
What years were they produced?

I remember reading that they did a run of them a few years ago, 2007 i think.
i would really like one of these.
I saw a full length stock for a 10/22 go for $340 on a US site.

Few months ago, Ruger did a new run of them for
a special order of a dealer/retailer.

the year of production for this one was 1999
