Ruger 10/22 - Model 11198

Hey all, so recently picked this up.
Nice rifle. There's a picatinny rail up top. Wanting to add a magpul foregrip and perhaps a laser to the bottom of the handguard. Ergo add a picatinny rail to the bottom as well.
Is there any rails out there with a recessed bottom similar to the top?

That's the ATI stock, right? They usually sell the rails as a separate item.

It is an ATI Stock. And they do sell rails. However they're not recessed like the top rail. And only 2" and 4".

Well I just received a call from Troy at ATI. Indeed the rails they sell are recessed along the bottom.

The rails have to be drilled unfortunately

Yea, ATI does that. Kind of weird if you ask me, but hey stopping to drill those hose is a surprising amount of money sometimes.

I’m trying to source the metal handguard from the older version which has the holes already pre-drilled.

It would be better if they came drilled.
Not everyone has a drill, oh well.
