Anyone know of a place in BC that can customize a 10/22?

I'd like one set up with a bull barrel, some trigger work and maybe a hogue stock. Any suggestions on who to talk to?

Thanks.

Don't know of someone in BC, but check out Hawktech they can supply most anything you'd want to modify a 10/22.

The 10/22 is pretty easy to work on yourself....and there are tons of resources here and at rimfirecentral.com to draw on.

One of the great things about a 10/22 is it's simplicity....easy to take down and modify. Of course, if you have too much money to burn you can pay someone to do it for you. Check out www ruger22 com

Barry at Bitsofpieces located in the Tilbury Industrial Park off River Road in Delta can do just about anything you want to a 10\22 or any other gun for that matter.

If you can push a few pins and turn an allen wrench and a srewdriver you can modify your own 10/22 with the parts you describe. Just place an order with one of the dealers a few others mentioned. It's cheaper and fun to do it yourself.

Even I hate 10-22, but I should give it a credit. It is very easy to take apart and replace some nice parts. What you need to do is to figure how you want your 10-22 looks like, What kind of barrel, stock, trigger kit, better firepin and extractor. extented mag release etc. then post you question here and tons of expert here will give you advise what to buy and how to install. Do it bit by bit. Get your money ready and sit still......:)

As stated, you can do preatty much everything yourself. I am thinking about getting my secon 10/22 because I was so happy with the first one.

Its preatty easy even to work on the trigger with a file and a bit of sandpaper, a dremel tool, and some polishing compound. I worked on my trigger and got it down to about 2 pounds with factory parts. I have a skeeters kit that I use though, otherwise I would use it.
