Hi, Anyone does know where can buy Ruger 10/22 new model 31197 in Canada?

Looks hopeful. Soon to be everywhere I'm sure but Canada will likely experience a one year delay while the US is being saturated, giving RCMP Labs more than enough time to find (ie, invent) some reason to prohibit it.

If it’s a “shot show” introduction at least 6 months. Winchester (yes I know it’s a Ruger ) says a 180 day lag time before they start to send out this years SS models to their American dealers

That rear sight looks identical to the one that came with the 'M1 Carbine' models. I'm not really a fan of the rail - realistically, it's most useful with red dots because clearing the sight can be a chore with a scope, and Ruger shipped the 10/22 with an additional normal rail for scope mounting anyway
