Ruger 10/22 rings, tip off or weaver?

What mounts (scope rings) I should use on Ruger 10/22 factory original adapter base?
Because it’s seems that it has Tip off groove seats on the top on the weaver base, just wondering if regular weaver scope rings will feet this Ruger masterpiece.
Any inexpensive but good rings mounts you would recommend?
 
T-09 is 22 TIP-OFF adapter is not a weaver (but made by company called weaver, funny enough), it won't take weaver rings, only TIP OFF will feet on T-09.
 
I have Burris Zee signature rings (with the inserts) on my 10/22 with the factory ruger mount. I really like these rings, and with the option of buying the + - inserts they work really well for the 10/22's (which often have trouble with barrel droop, etc that makes scopes often run out of elevation adjustments.
