Ruger 10/22 sight is moving

My front sight won't stay still, so I'm wondering the best solution to hold it in place. Punch to fold the edges of the slot? JB weld? Or will lock-tite suffice?

I have used JB weld with much success. blob a little bit in the slot and on the sight then push in place and rub off the excess.

Try putting a tiny strip of beer can aluminum under the dovetail and tap the sight back in place.
