Ruger 10/22 stainless or not?

If your going to leave it stock i would go with stainless. I have two blued models but have always wanted a stainless one. My problem is i buy used and dont see many of them come up for sale when i have money, perhaps one day.

Spend the money get what you want. If i had to get another 10/22 it would be a stainless international laminate model and add peep sights.

That is a good point. If you plan on modifying it get a base blued model. Cheap to replace the barrel etc...
If you plan on keeping the stock barrel then go stainless.

ive got several of both and prefer the stainless.
just looks nicer.

also, on the plus side, with the blued ones they always seem to over spray into the inside and you have to clean it up where as the stainless no such problems.

Is it worth it to get a stainless Ruger 10/22 or should I just get the standard blued 10/22?

Stainless Ruger is the most beautiful Ruger ever produced and especially if it's a Stuzen/Manlicher!
