Ruger 10/22 stuck bolt

hi, the bolt on my 10/22 is stuck and i dont know why I racked it back and its firmly stuck I think its the spring but i dont know how to fix it any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Charging handle sits on top of the bolt, the bolt has to come out first. Looks like the bolt might be binding into the rails. With it sitting like it is in the picture, try pushing down on the bolt (towards the floor) to see if that will move it at all.
 
Thanks for all the replies, i just figured it out, you guys couldn't see the problem in the pic. It was the mount screws, I lost the original receiver screws and just left the mount ones on after removing the mount. Apparently they were too far down and were interfering with the bolt I will have to buy new receiver screws, does anyone know where to get them?
