Ruger 10/22 trigger kit

My Uncle has a ruger 10/22 . It's trigger pull weight is very high and we are wondering if there is a kits or a process to lighten the trigger pull.

A quick and inexpensive way to reduce the heavy trigger pull would be to add a target hammer. The hammer will cost $30 to $40 plus shipping.

I would recommend hical or brownells for the parts.

I have volquartsen target hammers in my 2 - 10/22s and it was one of he best upgrades I have made.
