Who made the parts for your trigger? Or did i miss that???
Just Wondering if anybody knows a place to get a nice muzzle break. Any input would be appreciated.
Cheers, Monk.
the auto bolt release will cost you nothing at all, if its done correctly. all it requires from you is a bit of elbow grease if you use a file, like I did, or a rotary tool like some other members have used. myself, I have a problem seeing the point in spending more on one item than was paid for the gun in the first place. I did not buy a whole trigger kit to begin with all I did was a good clean up, squaring and polish of all the gliding surfaces in the trigger group. theres a number of videos on youtube that show how to do this in minute detail and the difference is really apparent. also, the tips and tricks thread at the top of the rimfire forum here is just chock-full of some good ideas or places to start that don't require you to spend large amounts of money. start with the auto bolt release and the trigger group refinement which you can do for zero dollars, then continue on and look into some parts upgrades. by far the most effective for your money will probably be the barrel which can be done for a very reasonable price and some others have spoken of Dlask in vancouver who do excellent work and make the 10/22 barrels they sell themselves. check'em out!
